Build concrete shower floor

Pier and beam foundations will rot over time from dampness. The rotten floor joists were removed and replaced.

Window and shampoo niche install

A vapor retarder was added to the joists to block moisture from getting to the hardwood floors. Followed by the plywood subfloor installation.

Shower and bath floor tile install

After the flooring prep work, we installed the engineered hardwood floors.

Quartz countertop and painting

Now baseboards put in place and the project is complete.
