Locating lap siding the same height as the old wood siding to preserve the appearance.
Our mission
Obtain a City of Houston permit. Protecting the house from outside elements during the siding replacement phase.
Project details: Remove jacuzzi tub, shower, bath floor tile and countertops. Build linen closet and paint bathroom.
Insulation and window trim
It is common for homes built in 1900’s to not have insulation. Over time it caused problems with wood rot and animals being able to live between the siding and walls. As well as high heating and cooling bills.bills to to lack of insulation.
